Re: 10/20 NL 6handed

Villain is aggro, and openraises quite a wide range. On this kind of board he'll c-bet a lot. (was online btw)

Haven't been too long at the table and didn't know him, so don't think he had much of...

10/20 NL 6handed

UTG raises to 80, I cold call with 33 on the button (I have 1800, he has me covered.) Rest folds

Flop is 4 4 4 and he bets 150. Plan for the hand?

Re: 200/400 Check TP HU?

What will be his river action with those small pocket pairs if you check the turn? Will he pay you off?

Also, who is villain? Might help since Ive played 200/400 a fair bit and wonder if my...

Re: TLK v Erik1223 1k-2k ftp

Just because they are all good players doesn't mean one can't have an edge over the other. Also, differences between A, B and C game become very important and could potentially give a player quite an...

Re: another super weakly played sklansky hand

I would say that if this hand is defendable under reasonable assumptions, then David has leaks in other parts of his game or his opponent is an extremely weak player.

Re: 25-50 NL Trips river decision

Hey Diablo,

Like many of us former limit junkies, I'm trying to make the switch to NL, so if you could expand a bit on your thoughts on this hand it would be nice.

On the river I chose to bet...

Re: 25-50 NL Trips river decision

Should I have bet the river, and if so, how much?

25-50 NL Trips river decision

25/50NL, 10-handed.

I raise UTG+1 with Th8h, and only the button calls. I have 6k and he has me covered. So far I have seen one hand where he called in position the whole way on a low board where...

Re: [0,1]- all-in or fold two player tournament

Nice post.

I have a few questions. First, at what stacksize is the positional advantage of the BB negated and will the SB have the advantage because he puts in less dead money (it could be that...

Re: River action vs Steve Giufre

Lets only consider 3-betting the flop here, since a lot of the reasons for raising the turn are similar (though not all), and I slightly prefer that course of action (although it’s dependend on...

Re: River action vs Steve Giufre

Did you consider 3-betting the flop or raising the turn? Both are better than the line you took IMO.

Re: ZeeJustin the next to get caught multi accounting Party MTTs

I haven't read all of the posts, so a lot might already be said in other posts.

First of all, the recent events make blatantly clear that pokersites are not able (or willing) to fully protect...

Re: Three Years in Las Vegas

Great read, and wow, you took a ballsy step, but that makes the story even nicer.

Good to hear you passed the 3 year mark!
