[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] It is called Kamikaze accounts. If you are one of the top pros in these events who do you fear the most - other pros. If you can eliminate them, then your EV goes way up. It would be easy for you to beat a tournament full of amateurs. So what do you do - you wait until one of your kamikaze accounts is seated at a table with a known pro. Then, when the opportunity is there to bust them on a coin flip, you take it. You would normally never risk your only entry on a coin flip at this point but since you have kamikaze accounts, go for it. If it fails, you still have accounts left. But if it succeeds, you have doubled up as well as taking out a main competitor. Then you can use him to take out more pros until finally chip dumping to yourself at the end. Pretty slick and totally immoral in my book." [/ QUOTE ] wow... the tiny criminal part of my brain hadn't even THOUGHT of that advantage yet... that's GOOD... what an bonus for the cheater. As you wrote earlier in the above post, I won't get to MY post for 20-50 pages, someone might have already quoted this. [/ QUOTE ] Actually, one person (perrier) commented and said he thought it was the dumbest thing he ever read. It was my opinion and I just wanted to see if anyone else agreed. He was pretty adamant that it was not valid. I am glad someone else thought it had some merit. [/ QUOTE ] or,to put it another way,you came up with a crackpot theory based on flawed assumptions, stated it as if it were fact, complained that no one was rushing to embrace your brilliant idea several times, and then eventually someone responded to point out how ridiculous the idea was and you ignored their response to the subject you'd been complaining about people ignoring, only to resurrect it when someone finally agreed with you |

You deserve to lose 100k..
I have gone deep in trny's many times, and would have had better results if I had multiple players in the trny. Your a cheat, so dont try and down play it. |

I've been impressed with your insight into and analysis of my background, character, and motivations. If I were your instructor, I'd help you connect the dots. I'm not, so I'll just let my posts speak for themselves. [/ QUOTE ] aaest400 ... enough already. We got your legal take on things. Thanks. Nothing more grating than having an attorney yammer on and on about legal technicalities on something other than a ABA forum. You've made your point ... now we can wait and see what if anything ZeeJustin does. NCAces |

I haven't read all of the posts, so a lot might already be said in other posts.
First of all, the recent events make blatantly clear that pokersites are not able (or willing) to fully protect honest players against cheating. From what I gather, in the JJ Prodigy case accounts were even played from the same IP address. It is shocking to see that the "advanced" security software could not pick up on this. So, when Pokerstars says that they are only going to confiscate the funds where they can prove ZeeJustin cheated, it might very well be the tip of the iceberg. This is not the only reason why Pokerstars' response is completely unsatisfactory. The player knowingly played against the rules (cheated) and only has to give back the money where he cheated. No incentive whatsoever for other players to stop cheating. It might even attract cheaters from Party, due to their much harsher punishment. But, as a disclaimer, I would not say Party does a good job of protecting against collusion. I have a few experiences with Party where they took a very liberal approach in situations which were extremely suspect. All in all this whole situation leaves a very bad taste in my mouth, since it IMO shows that pokersites are unwilling and unable to protect players against cheating. In an environment where sharing of accounts, playing under eachothers accounts, and bankroll sharing is widespread, the current events make things even worse. After Pokerstars' reponse on this I will seriously consider to completely stop playing there. Regards |

Just had a look at the zeejustin.com webpage. Oh boy, did the journal on the 23rd Feb make me laugh. Titled; Brutal downswing, beautiful recovery: in it he described how he went on a brutal downswing that day (2nd worse of his life) where he dropped $20k. Fortunately for him though he remembered he was one of the "best players in the world" and was only playing against mere "fish" so by the end of a gruelling 21 hour session he managed to turn it around to a break even session. Well done!
But if he thought that 20 buyin drop was bad he must have been sick when he woke up the next day to find out the whole lot, lock stock and barrel, had been conviscated. Wow, it was a good thing you made that 20buyin drop back wasn't it! Still no journal on that though ZJ? My God, that's more than a brutal downswing. The word stupid can only begin to describe what an idiot this boy is. ZJ, if you can take anything from this, you can take the fact you've put a massive smile on not only my face but many others as well.
