Okay I cashed out. My cash out is partly because I'm on about a 300+ downswing now and I can't seem to turn it around though. At some point during a downswing you have to wonder how much is bad luck and how much is something fundamentally changing in your game/your opponents game that you can't adjust to. I have no confidence and basically tilt at the first hand I lose now.

pant, pant, pant... ok ... I ... just ... finished ... clearing ... my ... party ... bonus...

I even made money... about $25 (bonus was $75, so I was only down $50 when it cleared).

I've never played 1600 hands in 1 day before. Wow.

Party's stock fell by like 58% today or something of the same. Neteller too! Brutal...

[/ QUOTE ]
I also read somewhere that it caused the founder (Dikshit) to lose like 700 million pounds on the stock. I don't actually know how much that is, but it sure sounds like a ton.

[/ QUOTE ]

Severe underestimate. We're dealing with British Long Tons, which is 2,240 pounds.
Thus 700 million pounds is (700,000,000)/2,240 = 312,500 tons.

[/ QUOTE ]
In all seriousness, at this exact moment Yahoo! Finance has the exchange rate at £1 = $1.8865, which means (if the quoted figure is accurate) Dikshit lost well over $1 billion today. $1,320,550,000, to be precise.

yah--my withdrawal was 2 days ago--I got this today. I don't recall a mesage before that said the delayed part was "not processed" and to contact them about it.

Default Write a parody please

I just had a great idea for a Parody for Video Killed the Radio Star

I suck at parodies but whatever, I give you.....

"Fristy killed the Poker Star"

I heard of Poker on the internet in 2002
Couldnt Resist logging in on you.
I was young and I couldnt stop pokering too.

Oh-a oh

I deposited for my monthly bonii.
Offered to me by Party,
there was no problem that I could see.

Oh-a oh

Then came Fristy
Oh-a oh

What did you he do?
Fristy killed the poker star.
Fristy killed the poker star.

Legislation came and broke your heart.
Oh-a-a-a oh

And now we meet in an abandoned site.
Heard fish used to played and it seems so long ago.
And remember the winnings that used to flow.
Oh-a oh

You werent the first one.
Oh-a oh

You werent the last one.

Fristy killed the poker star.
Fristy killed the poker star.
You killed online gambling, we can't rewind Fristy, you've gone to far
Oh-a-aho oh,
Oh-a-aho oh

That [censored] killed the Poker star.
That [censored] killed the Poker star.

In legislation and in political life, you can't rewind you've gone to far.
Frist came and broke our hearts, its skill not gambling u old fart.

We were all Poker stars
We Were all Poker stars
Fristy killed the Poker star.
Fristy killed the Poker star.
Fristy killed the Poker star.

repeat
Fristy killed the Poker star. (Yes, You are a loser sir.)

I'm always concerned when almost every player at my NL table has more than the max buy-in.
