The fact that his campaign became about Vietnam when it should have been about Iraq was absurd. If Bush or his campaign crew had a direct role in manipulating this then it was an extremely brilliant move on their part.

[/ QUOTE ] Maybe, but did anybody really not vote for Kerry because of the swift boat thing? Bush did run a good campaign the second time. He did a really good job to get the nomination the first time, I think he could have done better against Gore though.
