($24) ZOMG, never fold a set, right?
The villain is a solid regular (~9% ROI) with 9/2.

Re: ($24) ZOMG, never fold a set, right?
villain can have so many overpairs and NFD/what he thinks are overs. On a non 3flush/3straight card board I'm never folding a set, vs anyone.

Super standard against 100% of vilains, imo [/ QUOTE ] Really? If I was sure villain knew that I was a winning multitabling 2+2 guy I think I could find a fold. Would he stack off with TT like this agains me? |

Re: ($24) ZOMG, never fold a set, right?
i don't think i could lay it down.
Even if he is a good player, good players make mistakes. He could be fast playing a weaker holding for some reason, tilt, rushed to play other tables, ect. And if he isn't there is near zero fault in going broke with bottom set on this board against anyone. |

Re: ($24) ZOMG, never fold a set, right?
standard call. Dont fold a set on a board like this. Villain probably has an over pair like 88 or 99. Any pair higher and he would have raised being a solid player. or he too has a set 333 or 777.

Re: ($24) ZOMG, never fold a set, right?
You can never fold here after you already put more than half your stack into the pot. If he has a higher set, tough luck.

Re: ($24) ZOMG, never fold a set, right?
Kind of read dependent since there are lots of regulars here who suck and will show up with 88. Once you raise the flop you can't fold and his PSB on the flop makes sets unlikely imo. If you were to fold you would need to flat call the flop the first time around.
