Young Earth creationists simply denounce macro/cosmic/checmical evolution.

Micro evolution is not disputable. It exists. Period.

Non-Micro evolution and a literal seven day creation are not compatible. Gap theories to try and merge creation and non-micro evolution also fail.

It's pretty black and white, imo. You believe we evolved from wet rocks over a few billion years, or you believe you are the handmade creation of a higher power.
