Agreed. Simply trying to point out that to avoid the $40 ding, I do not have to move the entire $2000.

I'm thinking this is the best answer (even with moving fees) because I'm not an active trader, and I have to deal with this bs every quarter.

What's a decent <$15 per transaction online broker that has no ongoing additional fees (especially inactivity fees)?
