Winfrey actually has a notable impact on society. She may not be noticed by 18-35 year old men. But, she's very important to women.

The mere fact that she's the richest African-American (and occassionaly the only black billionaire in the world) and a remarkable philanthropist easily qualifies her. That doesn't even take into consideration the cultural impact she has with her television show, radio program, and publishing company.

Back in the '90s, she made some comment about never eating hamburgers again due to a mad cow disease scare. She ended up getting sued by people in the meat industry because they thought here (careless?) comment was the cause of the drop in cattle prices.

Pervez Musharraf his 64 so a sudden death from natural causes isn’t out of the question.
There is no well established mechanism to select a successor apparently there are factions within the army and security services that are sympathetic to the idea of establishing an Islamic theocracy.
The north of the country is unstable and in part in revolt. Musharraf dropping dead and creating a power vacuum could result in some pretty undesirable consequences.
