I'm sure losing $200 to a gutshot would send Phil Ivey on full blown monkey tilt!

I'm thinking more that grinding stakes 1/1000th the size he usually plays for 6 hours a day multitabling will.

This is so dumb. Anyone that can beat 25/50nl online can do this. The only way Ivey could fail at this is by not putting the time in. I would also venture to say that anyone who can beat 10/20nl can win over $300,000 in 1 year just playing 1/2nl. At 6PTBB, this would be about 3000 hands per day.

Love how every here knows Ivey so well that they can determine if he's serious and if he will do it or not.

Do you check Phil's ego frequently?

Depends Mark, you still multitablin FT Turbo sng's? if so 1000-1

[/ QUOTE ]

Accepted, I would like to bet $100 at 1000-1. We can pick a start and finish time and results will be trackable by Sharkscope.

Can you afford to pay? Need some to work this out properly.

People in this thread are underestimating the difficulty of this feat to mind-boggling degrees. Turning $5K into a million within a year without going bust is far more unlikely than people here seem to think, even for the best of players.

Phil Ivey said on ESPN the pokeredge that he could one up Chris Ferguson and turn 5,000 bankroll into a cool million and not go broke.
