sorry mack I missed the pot size on the flop, I thought it was 2.5, still tho, I don't like the call for the same reasons I mentioned.
You are right though, maybe a dry Q or K is an out, but you have close to 0 implied odds.

I think it's an easy fold on the flop. Your draw is almost worthless and the pot is small.
