Haha, yeah because a 14/5 is going to shove the flop for stacks. No At worst your going to see top pair w/ FD which you still have good equity. Or you will be crushing him and he has 22.

Either or fist pump make sure you click the left button over the call button on your mouse.

Are you kidding - one hand beats you.

It means you should be thanking him for saving you the trouble of betting on later streets.

I would fist pump, but it doesn't even feel like I earned it.

Just silently thank him.

It means you win, unless he sucks out.

Instacall. There is only one hand that is ahead right now. And chances on set over set are so slim I want my money in right now every time this situation apears.

leveling?

LOL, no man. I'm just used to working a little harder to get the cash in. I haven't been presented with these massive bets very often and haven't worked out what they mean yet.

His most likely holding by far is an overpair waiting for a safe flop, think JJ and QQ. Villain doesn´t want to see any more cards and is 100% he has the best hand and has trapped you. This is a snap-call with QQ+.

Thanks for all the replies.

It's an overwhelming call from the forum and I did in a heartbeat. He obviously showed TT FTW.

The thing that bugged me is that when reviewing my session I couldn't help think that a guy with these stats wouldn't push a draw so I can narrow him down to set/overpair. I also think it's likely that he would raise/call an overpair and so a set is the likely candidate.
Even so, against a range of exactly TT,22 I'm slight favourite. Add in the overpairs and it's a no-brainer.

Thanks,

Stu
