Raising to 70 is bad if you're going to fold to a shove. You need to commit yourself if you plan on 4betting because you're gonna be getting 2:1 on a shove and noone folds AK preflop.

I call and pray for AK, AQ, AJ. If I'm putting 1/3 of my stack in preflop I aint folding. Esp if there is history.

So I have to agree with pretty much everything said here.

I hate that I did this w/ 99 - call and play poker is way better than 4b turning my hand into a bluff / marginal favorite.

Bet sizing is terrible, however I think it gets awkward even with a bet of $50-60. Still, if I were to do over AND chose to be a knucklehead again, $55 would be preferable.

As for results, obviously he turned over AA. GG
