Defiantly bet turn. I would bet about 10. If the river falls a blank then why not check and let him bluff his missed draw?

In this case with the 7 on the river I would C/C river.

If he has the straight you get raised on river and it costs more for you to show down a bad hand.

If he missed his flush draw he folds anyway.

If he has a 2 or 3 he folds to your bet there too.
