well no one convinced me betting makes any sense so im going to continue to think checking is best. I did check. Shove or call turn?

I think checking is the best on the flop. As some one pointed out, the range is JJ+ and AK. AQ is probably possible. The hands that will give you action would be the one that will beat you QQ and may be AK spades. Most others are folding except may be AQ.

Turn is a call IMO.

So you'd bet like 560 and leave yourself with around 640. I just think that's weird. He's not going to think he has any fold equity when he shoves giving you like >4:1.

I know it goes against meta game etc.. and what you do with other hands, but what about weird betting like 200$. Sometimes [censored] that confuses people will get them to do dumb stuff.

However, for the sake of the hand - assuming his range is AQs, AA, KK, QQ, JJ I probably bet call 1/2 pot.

Ahnuld, do you think he's more likely to fold JJ here preflop or what given your dynamics.

I like the DUMB bet, basically it secretly pot committs opponent with weaker hands. really, i think villain has QQ here a lot. but what can you do? either way just get money in cuz you already stepped in it.

i just noticed prelfop action. umm, i dunno sir. if i am putting in that third raise id make it like 600. so you know you are 100% there. even if an Ace flops.

sometimes i find folds here because i think your hand is all risk with little reward. you are basically saying:" please stack me if you have AA but fold everything if you dont". you win like 200 but are really risking 1500 to do so. your 400 reraise is actually a 1500 committment.

you have to atleats because you are already really committed. if has QQ he paid for it pre. so there. if yo uget called you are probably losing. I odnt think calling is that bad. if a river spade comes you can actually expect villain to check some % of the time. if A comes you can comfortably fold. otherwise you are probably calling any river bet.

I don't understand why people keep saying that he is committed. Sure he put in 25% of his stack, so what? Care to elaborate?
