Raise pot plus a couple blinds -- or push! Pushing is read dependent. If you have a table captain, overly loose player, or if opener is tight (high probability of JJ-KK/AK) then you can push for deception's sake. With that many callers, they're often going to think you're full of it or have AK.

I wouldn't with 100BB, but for whatever reason you have 60BB it's a good spot to do this. You'll get calls from a wider range of hands that might not call a simple raise.
