Default NL25, AA in BB, How to Max. Value?

I am at work , so don't have PT and actual hand....
Hero has 60BB, others cover
UTG (around 20/8/x) raises to 4BB
MP (around 40/15/x) calls
Button (around 35/5/x) calls

What is the standard 3-bet size to Maximize Value and at the same time getting to HU?

When the action gets to me there are already 3$ in the pot, I got 15$ total.

I am lost here....
if I push they might all fold (UTG Range could be AQ+ 99+, so he might call a push with the upper part of his range, but not sure)
if I raise to 3-4$ I might get more than 1-2 callers, and be pot committed anyways.....

So lost in this spot (but maybe the problem is that ZOMG I got aces I need to double up type thinking, and increasing stack by 20% should be good enough so pooosh?)

Is there a formula you use to get to 20BB... such as original raise x 3 + 1x raise for every caller?
(Similar to the 4BB + 1BB for every raiser??)

I dont have one. I just have a standard 3bet. 14bbs, so for nl25 = 3.5 and nl50 = 7. But I increase based on number of opponents and how loose they are, I would never make it less.

Doesnt this allow Villains to play near perfectly? (aside from calling the extra 4$ as 4:1 dog? Say he has a range of JJ+ and AK calling my 3-bet. At NL25 lots of people 3 bet KK+ only so he bascially knows what I have and can play accordingly ??

I'd say bet pot or somewhat more, 13-16 BB. If that's more than 40% of your stack, shove it.

Not even close. you have less than a PSB behind. Folding is the only correct play for your opponents and if they dont then you are in good shape. Looking at their stats I would expect at least one call. Any decent player is expecting you to shove every flop so you will get called by way worse hands very often.

So would the Ev equation be something like this:

Ev = 0.5 x 12BB + 0.45 x 28 BB - 0.05 x 60 BB = 15.6BB

50% of the time he folds to 3 bet
90% of the time he calls (45% of total) he will not outflop me and fold
10% of the time he calls (5% of total) he will outflop me and stack me

So it seems that Ev of raising to 20BB is actually higher than EV of pushing: (90% fold, 10% I am 4:1 favorite)

Ev= 0.9 x 12BB + 0.08 x 68 BB - 0.02 x 60 BB = 15.04

.... in the actual hand I was trying to do the math quickly, but as the timer ran down I just pushed and they all folded...
