yes and yes

most of the pokerev graphs i've seen from high stakes players have the green line well above the blue and red lines. it's just a difference in the way the games are played. at ssnl almost all your money comes from valuebetting well.

i saw one interesting graph from a person who has been crushing 10/20 for 2+ years. over this 80k hand sampel the blue and red lines were both flat right around zero but the green line steadily sloped upwards.
