If I fold every blind i am making - 2,25 PTBB/100 Hands. That's not the right way eighter.

Defending your blind with the wrong hands against the wrong players you might lose way more than 2.25 PTBB/100.
Against the monkey you have in this hand i really wouldn't bother defending my blind with marginal hands - you have position on him 5 out of 6 times. There's simply no need to push marginal situations.

This particular hand isn't horrible at all, but def. not very +EV. You might want to c/r the flop to get either a free card or to see both cards with 50% equity.

It's not in the blinds where you are supposed to make the most money. It's only -1.5 BB per orbit. You play approx. every fifth hand, right? Shouldn't be too hard to get back those 1.5BB per orbit.
And you won't fold EVERY hand in SB/BB. Mix reraising your monsters in SB/BB with some re-raise-bluffs (10-20%) and you should be fine.
