if this guy 3-bets a lot, i think that limping with KJ is ok. it's a weak play, but it doesn't allow villain to build a big pot with you being out of position with a weak hand.

maybe playing tighter than normal and 4-betting/pushing his 3-bets is a better strategy, besides searching for a better table.

i think it doesn't matter much how you play that flop, if he is really horrible. if he is able to fold to a check-raise, i think check/calling the whole hand or check/calling flop and c/r turn could be good here.
there are not many scare cards for your hand, so let him do the betting for you (and he will most of the time).

I would fold preflop to 3bet and avoid the situation alltogether. On the flop he is repping an overpair and since you have a hand, your probably going to get stacked.
