I think this is fine, although I raise to 95, but it achieves the same thing.

I don't understand you people

personally I'd make it like $70, to be consistant with my randomized 4 bet bluffs/ trying to get it in vs widest range possible, obviously calling a push.

catcher, do you do this every time or are you also shoving here too sometimes? i can def see the merits of this line and i think ill try it out.

after reading catcher's reply and having a think about it i am now of the opinion that making it 95 is by far the worst option. i think its pretty clear why.

Did you see BTN's huge raise pre? 7 -> 32. I usually wouldn't raise that much either (I'm a big fan of raising to about 35-40bbs), but he made such a gross over-raise that we have to make it around 95.

I might fold because of the suspect huge reraise. But if it were a normal reraise then reraising is virtually standard.

I think 70 is too small but 95 might be too big. I'd make it 85 with a few holdings

this makes me want to shove more since a huge rr is more likly to be AQ,AK then AA/KK.
This is a good play imo, and i would do this with worse hands then this.

4-betting this spot is 100% standard. you guys realize we take the pot down pre-flop most of the time here, right? even with these guys stats, their CO open/button 3-bet ranges are dominated by AK/can't stand a 4-bet.

If this is true, don't we want to just four bet like to 70 and encourage action from weaker hands.
I just don't see them going well I have AQ f*** him, call, when facing a shove.

I think raising here is your only play. Your hand is probably best and I would be 4-betting and calling a shove.

I would never EVER fold or call here

[/ QUOTE ]

It's ok to fold here sometimes, but calling is bad, yeah.

Against a guy who very rarely 3-bets on the button (calls a lot, rarely 3-bets), I'm folding, because he's rarely folding his JJ+.
