Protein (take powder mixed with water)
Oatmeal (whole oats, not instant or 1 minute)
-mix w/ raisins, flax oil

You can make this at home or work, anywhere you have a microwave.

[/ QUOTE ]

Flavored or unflavored protein? If flavored, what flavor do you go for? I'm interested b/c right now I'm eating cottage cheese for my protein with oatmeal but I'd like to get my entire meal into the oatmeal so this seems like a really good option.

I take this American Whey

I like the Double Chocolate best. Also use Vanilla occasionally. I feel qualified to vouch for the flavor--I have a sweet tooth (weakness for homemade choc chip cookies, occasional ice cream/custard, some cake). My diet is pretty good but I like to enjoy my cravings...it helps me stick to oatmeal breakfast, tuna lunch, almost no fast food and very rare soda.

I take 2 scoops with water right after workout or in the morning. Think that's 40g and 200 calories total. There is no aftertaste and I do enjoy the flavor.

one of my friends eats a dozen eggs and a scoop of oats with some whey protein for breakfast every day. Just puts it in a blender and voila...nasty

definitely not. the majority of that stuff is one violation or another but there are a few moves that are totally legal. as long as he's keeping his hand on top of the ball vs under the ball when he's dribbling it's a-ok. oh and putting the ball in your shirt and spinning around is traveling or something.

It's still a carrying violation even if you keep your hand on the top of the ball if you hold it, or take a bunch of steps in between dribbles. Also, passing the ball to yourself is not legal. Nearly his entire repertoire is exhibition-only material.

for gaining mass i would suggest

bodyweight X 3 = Grams of carbs (oatmeal, toast, bananas, honey, u can have sugar in the morning)
bodyweight X 1 = grams of protein (eggs)

if u are a normal person, just divide it by 2
