This is a snap call. He is unlikely to have the only two hands that dominate you. He minraises or makes it 3BB with AA/KK. You are racing here about 2/3 of the time and have him dominated the other 1/3. That makes it a call as far as I am concerned. If this is a turbo tourney, I especially don't fold because you have like 10-15 hands max to double up, so you might not find a better spot than this.

He most likely isn't pushing with AA/KK. Which makes this an easy call.
