AK\'s flop bluffing
Hypothetical hand;
Stack sizes; 125 bb Raise sb to 4x bb. w ak hearts, bb makes it 8 more, call Flop(24BB): 10h js 6d SB leads out 16BB. With no reads, facing 2/3 pot bet, muck it? Say bb 3bets light, appropriate amount to try and get a 10 to lay down? 40-45BB? Or is this a good spot for a float? |

Re: AK\'s flop bluffing
Easy easy fold.
If he 3-bets light, AK is an easy 4-bet PF. |

Re: AK\'s flop bluffing
Yeh, you are looking at this the wrong way. After that flop, it really doesn't matter what his range is, because you are behind it. I don't know how far out you have to make his range for you to be ahead, but it's going to be very wide, perhaps 20%?
I really don't think it's too bad to just call if he's three betting you light in position, but with a hand like AK I'd probably just push. As I like pushing. My opening range from the SB against this guy is going to be very tight, knowing he's going to three bet me often |

Re: AK\'s flop bluffing
What range do you expect to be called down when you shove here?

[ QUOTE ]
What range do you expect to be called down when you shove here? [/ QUOTE ]With a 4 bet preflop? AA-KK, AK, AKs, QQ. I figure his three bet range is wide enough that I still have equity. I think that 125 bb deep I can still expect calls from AK and QQ. |

Re: AK\'s flop bluffing
I was thinking what hands call a shove on the flop, when the action is only three bet pre.
