Meh. If you enjoy running I'm pretty indifferent. Running at a 10min pace for 6-12 miles is somewhat boring IMO. There are plenty of other activities that provide the same cardio benefit. Cut your lawn, play some golf, go rafting... Seems like you can do many more things to increase overall activity without slogging outside for long runs. Unless thats your thing of course.

Get fit and those condoms may get used [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] I mean fresh as not mundane. Most people get bored with there cardio and quit. Also by mixing it up your body does not become used to the same workout. I know you know what i meant [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] Lets not derail this nad stick to getting him the best workout possible
