I do not think this range get you a 17%(or 20%) VP$IP from UTG..What about Axs and SC's????? I have a very similar UTG range and my VP$IP is 10.63%...

The highest suited ace I raise UTG is a10 and I rarely raise with something like 67s UTG unless I want it shown down for deception purposes.
