my god, poker room in Akwasasne closed?? that's terrible. i have been there many times to play both poker and bj. too bad poker room is closed, there were many many fish. they also used to have a nightly tournaments of different buyins.

if ppl are interested in going for bj though, i recommend it. compared to mtl casino, the rules are better. they use 6decks of card instead of 8 in mtl. u can decide to hit on soft 17, which u can't do in mtl.

basically it's in the middle of nowhere, but pretty close to mtl. they have good food(in the bar area, not the buffet) where u can get very tasty burger/sandwhich with the casino points.

I've played at KGR a few times, definitely fishy. I've heard mixed stories about the Casino, so say it'll be straight B&M poker with dealers, others are saying it'll be electronic. Who knows?
