Montreal Players / Akwasasne Mohawk Casino
 

I was there last week, they apparently have High Stakes games on friday's, 5-10 and 10-20. If the 2-5 Game I played is an indication of the players who play there then these games have to be soft.

Anyone from Montreal interested in going? I don't really have anyone who would go play, I don't mind driving.

I read this from their website:
"Effective May 28, 2007, The Akwesasne Mohawk Casino is no longer offering poker and no longer operating the Poker Club."
I take it that its not true? Do they have a 1-2 or a 1-3 nl game?

I would so be down...once my roll is appropriate for 5-10. Im in the West Island tho...how old are you..what part you in? KGR got juicy 1-2 games.

I heard rumors that we are gonna get poker in the casino du montreal, any truth to that? I might have to actually play live sometimes if that happened.

yes, they're trying to pass a law that allows gambling games that involve people playing vs other ppl, ie. not a dealer or machine.

I read into it before going to the Casino the other day. they have some sort of Caribbean poker, and Chinese poker as well.

ya its going down...i heard it was those electronic thing harrahs uses...no dealers...no real cards or real chips...just each player gets his own lil screen built in the table...I hope this crap ain't true...
