A while back, I tried to get Stars to set my avatar to pooptoad's face. They refused, saying they couldn't tell what the hell it was a picture of. I explained he was just a really ugly, but lovable, toad, but alas.... no pooptoad avatar. Maybe I should have said he was my pet?

It's trivially easy to distinguish the good female players from the ones that suck, too, because anyone the could possibly act well enough to fool you would be in movies, not at $2/$5 NL.
