Re: which is easier, full tilt or pstars?
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] At the 200NL level I've found Full Tilt to be way, way, way fishier than stars. [/ QUOTE ] Maybe it's sample size? I've found them to be almost equal, but Stars a little fishier. [/ QUOTE ] No, this is with well over 100k hands logged on both sites. It seems like with Full Tilt I can just jump onto any old table and expect it to be decent, whereas with Stars the majority of tables seem to be rock gardens, and even with a lot of table selection the games seem to be noticably tighter. That's just in my experience, though. |

Re: which is easier, full tilt or pstars?
i agree with clever. stars is not as fishy as most players think. look at the low stakes limit and NL games. flop % less than 25. too funny in a sad way. pot sizes are not what they should be.
as the mid sized sites continue to have problems (read UB and AP) the sharks move to PS. UB and AB have been known for their tightness. the fish go bust and are gone from the scene. |

Re: which is easier, full tilt or pstars?
They are both rigged in the favor of a losing player.

Seriously though, I haven't played on Stars for a while but I remember when moving to FT (10NL) I noticed a generally higher level of aggression there. I guess a fish at 25NL is someone like 70/30 and a fish at 200NL is someone who just plays badly postflop, regardless of the stats. |

Granted, there are also more good regulars to deal with as well, but there's a surprising number of 50/30 and 40/2 players at this level, and a good number of the players with decent preflop stats are still pretty bad postflop. |
