Has anyone here won a "ME Seat" online but just kept the cash?

I know 2 people that won seats via PS. One planned to keep the money once they decided to just credit his account. The other person was planning on going to play in the ME, but he decided to keep the money too at the last min...rl came up.

IIRC, the last couple years there've been several hundred people who won seats (registered by sites) but didn't show up; <21 prolly the biggest reason.

Not enforceable now that sites can't register players directly.
