Re: River line with two pair
Any other reads on villain? I think bet-fold is clearly the order of the day in this smallish pot.

Villain's stats - 65/0/0.19 over 100 hands I am with RcrdBoy, I felt like I was toast here. [/ QUOTE ] 67, Q6, stupidly played AK call |

Re: River line with two pair
Since this guy would call you down with Ax, Qx, Kx, or even 7x, I see no reason not to bet. You can probably fold to a raise.

Re: River line with two pair
Bet the river.
I guess the only reason you would check is if you thought that Villain had hit his flush, but why would you be so quick to give him credit for that? Bet and watch him turn over Ace-Rag or QJ or something else. There are a ton of hands you beat here that will call the river. |

Re: River line with two pair
Cool, by general consensus, river value bet is a must against this calling station.
Folding to a raise versus calling is split decision, given the villain's stats and tendencies it doesn't seem to be a major error either way. I folded ... can't even say what the punk had . Feel better about the fold after this thread Nobody criticized other streets - that's a plus for the Hero! Holla! |
