Re: the agressive style when to play with position
That's going to be expensive when it fails, which there is going to be a high enough chance of that by taking the passive route on the flop. You still have the option to check behind and see the finished board if you raise the flop and he slows, but I don't think this is the kind of situation where we want to hand out free cards in the first place.

Its sound that have more + then -
If we are ahead we will win the same BB, but if we are behind we will lose the same BB and is still chance that opponent fold his better hands than we have |

Re: the agressive style when to play with position
Tackling it from the other angle, what's your plan when he 3-bets turn rag/scare? If he cooperates but then leads river rag/scare?

Re: the agressive style when to play with position
well i just dont think the WA/WB applied here for the simple reason to many high cards can come to kill our hands and u wont know either if it help him or not,and can give him opportunity to bluff u i think?ie: a Q come on turn and he bet since u didnt show strengh by raisiing on flop, then what u do facing 2 high cards to your pair, even if he has AK,still a hard call?...
i dont know if it makes sense, but i prefer have the leading then to respond to it when i dont have a great hand(as in TT prefop cap) |

Re: the agressive style when to play with position
Seeing the river for free involves 1BB. Seeing the showdown for free involves 2BB. Not truely free in either case, but yeah.

Re: the agressive style when to play with position
I think your in good shape on the flop and your raise plus turn bet forces him to define his hand better. My capping range goes up once I know it's gonna be heads up, so I'd say it's a 50/50 chance that your pocket tens are good assuming that villian holds a pocket pair. This line will also often allow you to check down the river if another overcard hits and you suspect that villian will go for a c/r.
