I'm serious.

First was $85k on Friday as well.

We chopped with 32 left, blinds at 10k/20k/2k ante. So, 50K an orbit. I had 167k which was above average. CL had like 390k for an M of slightly less than 8.

Wow - now I really wish I hadn't made the moves I did with about 90 remaining that knocked me out.

How in the world did 32 players agree to a chop? On Thursday when it was hand-for-hand at 41 players they couldn't agree to pay 41st and went h4h for about 1 1/2 hours! Was it a straight chop or a chip count deal? If chip count, I'd hate to be the floorman that had to figure that one out.

Top 5 chips counts got like 11k and everyone else got 7.8k.

I was happy to take the chop, because I wanted to play the $1.5k WSOP event the next day and if I lasted another hour I would have had to come back the next day and hope to luckbox my way to >9th place to make the same money.

I think it helped that the largest stack had only an M of less than 8 and wasn't a huge CL. Chip leader wasn't willing to chop when the field wanted it to be even.

did you guys burn through a couple of blind levels dealing with hand-for-hand like they did the night before?

I'm surprised the blinds got that high with so many players left. When I was bumped there were about 90 left and blinds were 1500/3000/500, and it seemed like players would be getting knocked out really quickly since every hand had an all-in.

Hmmm. I was under the impression it was a great structure. This sounds not so great. Any explanation?

No, we barely played any hand for hand. I was CL at my table so I was a little a disappointed. Also, I was amazed at how much I got played back at on/near the bubble buy guys that were clearly v. happy to just make the money when the bubble did burst.

I did chip up a bit on the bubble...but only my 3-bets were working, not my opens

Can anyone post the structure and how long each level lasts? The only thing I've found online is that the starting stacks are T6000 for the $330 and T10000 for the $640 and $1060.

This is true, because I played Saturday and had a nice stack going late but blinds were like what... 6k/12k/2k and 8k/16k/3k, etc. which was kind of absurd, but at the same time was kinda great because people don't realize that you should be opening sooooo light in that spot.

It just so turns out that every f-ing time I shoved with a marginal holding I got looked up by something good and lost like 10 40/60s.
