Re: I has an overpair
I think the villian can overpush with 88,99,TT,55,66.
It is kind of a difficult spot. But barring a read I would lean towards a call. |

Re: I has an overpair
any read aside from "lagtag regular?" if you don't mind, who's the villain?

Re: I has an overpair
I think if LAGTAG CO has 88+ here, he's either shoving or folding.
If he calls, I think he knows that there's a chance hero will shove, putting him in a difficult spot. sb has whatever, doesn't really matter. I think I can find a call here. CO has set as often as he has overpair here <QQ, LDO. |

any read aside from "lagtag regular?" if you don't mind, who's the villain? [/ QUOTE ] actually upon closer inspection hes less of a lagtag than i thought, but its CUMYNUTS and hes more like 22/17/4.5, the most interesting thing about him IMO is his increasing post flop AF it goes 3.5/6.25/9. But thats not really relevant here. hes spewy, i found this gem: CUMYNUTS raises to $7 njterp99 folds aperry1918 folds aperry1918 adds $50 Last Stance raises to $24 CUMYNUTS has 15 seconds left to act CUMYNUTS calls $17 *** FLOP *** [Kh Ah Ts] Last Stance bets $32 CUMYNUTS calls $32 *** TURN *** [Kh Ah Ts] [Th] Last Stance bets $90 CUMYNUTS raises to $212.65, and is all in Last Stance calls $49.85, and is all in CUMYNUTS shows [9d Jh] Last Stance shows [Qh Qc] Uncalled bet of $72.80 returned to CUMYNUTS *** RIVER *** [Kh Ah Ts Th] [Ad] CUMYNUTS shows two pair, Aces and Tens Last Stance shows two pair, Aces and Queens Last Stance wins the pot ($389.70) with two pair, Aces and Queens |

Re: I has an overpair
Cant see why he would push air here, there is no side pot yet, so he is bluffing then or flipping against a player that is allin. On the other side he would probably call with a realy great hand to keep you in the pot. This shove looks like he is hoping for some FE, knowing you must have some kind of hand because of preflop 3bet.
He then probably hopes you have something like JJ or AK, that you will fold, so he can coinflip his FD with shortie. In that perspective I would call here. btw, I am new to SSNL, does this make any sense? |
