I think I really like this. Based on his description he probably doesn't have anything and we make more if he fires again w/ just overcards.

There are a lot of ways to play this hand.

First of all, I like a 3-bet preflop, you are ahead of his range and this gives you a better chance to isolate him, get him heads-up and take the lead.

I raise this flop. And I am prepared to get it in given your description of the the villain. I could see just calling, I would be more inclined if the stacks were deep though.
