I think DLM is right. You have to gain more from the deception of your check than you lose by giving a free card. I dont think you do that unless this is a regular AK line for you and villian knows it.

Or even an ace (or a king) will slow him down. This is a great flop with AA in a 3bet pot. There's value to be had, so take the value.

Looking back I think this would be better against a decent reg on a paired board or something. I still dont think its too bad though. Thanks for the comments everyone
