Why isn't calling going to kill our action again? Seriously, calling doesn't disguise our hand at all. [/ QUOTE ] Yea, I was about to say this. Calling doesn't exactly disguise our hand at all. |

to all those who are saying i shouldn't shove AA if I'm never bluffshoving here - i'm definitely definitely instashoving AK in this spot with this history. so 4bet/folding QQ/JJ would be really terrible for my opponents.
really, the only thing i'm concerned about is that it just doesn't look like he has any of those hands. i really think he has complete air much more often. i guess that's a flow thing i can't really express in the post. by the way, i think calling looks more like a stubborn QQ/JJ than like AA. i could see him c-betting on K-high flops hoping to get me off that. |

People call this 4bet with loads of crap, no way does it telegraph our hand. Also, if your worried about looking too strong wtf does a shove or 5bet do? You think he calls QQ to a shove, but can get away from it on a rag flop when we call his 4bet? This is extremely naive imo. Also, I think if someone is willing to 4bet light they will be willing to cbet a decent amount of the time, at least more than a lot of people in this thread seem to think. |
