but not that great of control over them. [/ QUOTE ] This is an important thing to have, if you have 4 and cant use them efficiently, then why have so many? |

I'm getting better.... I use the PW for 110 - 125 or so.
SW for most of the bunker shots around the green. 60* for getting over bunkers onto greens and sometimes to get over trees. |

You can have the loft angles changed by a degree or two if you want. I have 4 wedges too, but not that great of control over them. Mizuno PW 49* Cleveland RTG GW 51* Cleveland SW 56* Cleveland LW 60* [/ QUOTE ] I got a new set of Titleist 775CB's with the P and the W, and just realized that they have huge gaps compared to what I used to play. P - 45 W - 50 Previously I used two Cleveland's 48 and 52 SW - 56 LW - 60 I guess if I use my new P and W wedges, there's no point in using either of the Clevelands. Or I could do: P - 45 Cleveland 48 (less bounce) Cleveland 52 (less bounce) 56 And get rid of the 60 deg LW. It seems like I can open up the 52 and hit stuff just as high compared to the LW, which occasionally I skull due to the bounce. WWJD if he were a 17 hcp in this dilemma? |
