[/ QUOTE ] A lot of these places have been offering 3 to 6 month promo rates. You lose up to a week in interest when moving around, but the promo. periods are usually long enough to justify doing so. I, too, started with ING, then jumped to HSBC, and now am at FNBO through at least September.
