Pushing is the best play. You have the 2 biggest stacks to act and it would be your best chance to double up.
If you limped you could potentially have three others seeing a flop and your aces will have a greater chance of getting cracked and your busto. If you raise 3xbb your putting nearly 50% of your stack in so you might as well shove it in and hope one of the others call you. Take the t150 and look for another spot to push.
