$6.5 Stars AA Shortstacked

Should I consider playing AA differently in this spot to try and get a bit more value out of it, or is pushing still the best play?

Pushing is the best play. You have the 2 biggest stacks to act and it would be your best chance to double up.

If you limped you could potentially have three others seeing a flop and your aces will have a greater chance of getting cracked and your busto.

If you raise 3xbb your putting nearly 50% of your stack in so you might as well shove it in and hope one of the others call you.

Take the t150 and look for another spot to push.

I like a mini-raise rather than a push here. I think a mini-raise gives you the best chance to double up.

The SB is short stacked and may try a re-steal. One of the 2 big stacks may come over the top.

If they all fold you still get the blinds.

shoving or t300 are both fine imo.

if you think you can entice someone to put there money in behind you by raising 3x, then that would be fine. otherwise, shoving is fine as well. typically in a spot like this when people may not call shoves *that* loose yet at this level, and you have a quiet image, it might be better to just open rather than shove. the more active youve been the more id be inclined to shove.

in general neither of these are bad plays in a vacuum in this spot.

i would push. no point in gettin sneaky with only less than 8 BBs with Aces.

it really depends on how the table has been playing, if you think someone will get it in with you then raise is fine, i think this hand is very read dependent

all the money is going in no matter what, this is simply an argument for maximizing value. generally id agree but it is not absolute.

Shoving is fine. 275 is fine as well. Depends what you've been seen to be doing, if you've pushed a couple of times recently, just putting in a standard raise looks suspicious.

t250 is fine if we now they are donks, but I like the shove better.
