[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] def raise flop....turn push.... that was so easy, a caveman could do it! [/ QUOTE ] Lol, that was good. I agree, raise flop... [/ QUOTE ] Are we pushing any turn after a flop 3 bet to like 1100ish? What about Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]? Any merit to waiting for a safe turn card? Doesn't seem like the best spot to get 350 bb's in regardless of what comes. [/ QUOTE ] He c/r you OOP. I dont think this is a time to call him and play poker on the turn. You should raise to punish him for c/r a draw, and to make your other decisions easier. This is deep stack poker, and you're playing the hand like you have 100BB behind. When you raise, have a clear choice, or at least a good idea what you will do if he pushes. Your raise makes it obvious you like your hand, and it comes across that villian has ZERO fold equity if he shoves. |

[/ QUOTE ] I'm not necessarily disagreeing with you about repoping the flop it certainly makes the hand easier to play. But the above statement seems completely wrong IMO with 100 bb stacks without a doubt its an easy push, but with these stacks it seems like other lines might be worth looking at. |

I think you need to raise the flop to $1,000 or so. I guess I fold to a push, assuming he has probably 66, although I hate letting go to T8s, 87s or such. Anyhow, top 2, while strong, is pretty undynamic in terms of development. I think you need to know clearly whether you're ahead on a VERY drawy board. I think he needs a monster draw or a set to stay in there after that, and even a set has to fear JJ.
I fold the turn as played. |

Wow, the advice in this thread is sooo bad. Well played so far, shove the turn.
