Default Live 5/10 deep

Live 5/10 I have been playing a standard tag preflop so far and haven't showed a hand down yet. Been fairly quiet recently.

BB has around 3.5k and I have him covered.

I raise J9 from late middle position to $50, a Late position player calls, BB calls

The flop is J 9 6 with 2 spades

I make it $130, Late position players folds, and the bb makes it $350. I call?

Turn is 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

BB bets $700, What's my play? BB has about 2.4k behind.

I'd 3-bet the flop, as played, push turn.

tough spot. i play 500 max so this is above my head. that being said...

first of all, this flop is so wet i think you need to raise to $1000+. But now you have a horrible decision to make, pushing is gross, calling sux, folding makes me vomit a little. Ok. he checkraised but not huge. I expect some huge monster draw to c/r like 500 w/ a draw here (assuming hes good). The thing is your hand is so underrepped here. Nobody ever expects to see top two from you here. That makes me want to call, but i think this is a fold. lol. Assuming player is decent, I expect to see a set of 6's here a lot. Turn sux, 8T got there, villian's invested about 1/3 of stack so there is no FE, just give it up.

Assuming no reads

Forgot to mention in the OP, didn't really have any read besides he doesn't seem bad but also doesn't seem very tough to play against either. Don't think i've seen him show down a hand yet.

*grunch* Call flop all day, call turn. Villains line seems to be like AJ/Overpair trying to knock out drawing hands. I think he has that way more than he has a set here.

Are we pushing any turn after a flop 3 bet to like 1100ish? What about Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]? Any merit to waiting for a safe turn card? Doesn't seem like the best spot to get 350 bb's in regardless of what comes.
