I try to structure my sessions so that I'm playing as much as possible from about 2 AM to 10 AM... this is like 9 AM to 5 PM for Europeans, and it's when most Americans are sleeping =P

This is probably the ideal time to play. Most of the regulars are asleep. And you get some drunks/degens/europeans.

from 9 am to 5 pm european time the european pros are playing and the european fishies are working. Solution: play during the (european) evenings on euro sites!
