It would have been nice if you gave some idea of his raising range for opening a pot from MP3.
Also, it would have been nice to know why he checked the flop behind. I don't like the river play. Why did you bet the river? Why not check-call. This lets him bluff which is a large part of his range and limits your cost when you are beat by a queen. As played I think this is a bet-fold. This minimal raise is a raise for pure value and his most likely holding I think is a set. I don't think he can fold a set here. The only thing you are raising out that you can't beat is 1 pair. It is costing you alot for a pot that is not too large to make this bluff.
