Most effective fat burner pills?

not really...most people fail at losing fat because they diet for x amount of time then resume eating like crap...if, instead of going on a diet, you learn to eat healthy then there is little worry about just gaining all the fat back...nobody just gets fat, its a process, just like losing fat...
