Most effective fat burner pills?

I've tried Stacker 2's (with ephedra), Stacker 2's without ephedra, and Hydroxycut. I think Hydroxycut worked the best but I didn't like how I had to take 6 pills a day (2 with each meal).

Have you had success with any of them?

FWIW, I am dieting and working out too (HITT is good [censored]).

how many hours of cardio per week? how many calories per day? everyone i've known that tries to lose weight via pills doesnt put in the proper time/effort, and end up flushing away their money.

last time i cut, i used hot-rox. worked ok i guess, but for the most part they're pretty unecessary.

whats your diet like?

i use hrx and dont have any negative side effects, so i still use it, can't really say whether or not it actually does anything...same for most supps...

I'm 5'9 and 198 pounds. About my workout, I try to do 3 days of cardio and 2 days of weights every weeks. My workouts are about 40-45 minutes long. I'm not sure about my caloric intake. I'd say less than 2,000/day but I'm not sure. I eat, but I try to eat well (meats, veggies, low on carbs, etc.)

FWIW, I can lose weight without the pills, but I was hoping for quicker and better results. I wasn't trying to get too specific here. I was just wondering which pills were most effective for the average guy trying to lose a few more pounds.

The reason people ask you is that what you might consider a good diet is actually not and what you might think is a good workout isnt. (no offense)

FWIW I have been using Hot-Rox Extreme and have enjoyed them and I have seen some weight loss.

But look around this site at the full body workouts first. Add those in with some HIIT and youll see some good results fast. I personally am using the 10x3 workout which i really like but an EDT style workout will work as well..just look at old posts around here. (I am not at my home computer so I dont have the links for yah)

If you want total honesty, then DNP is the correct answer.

However, you might read that and realize that it's probably not very good for you.

Old-school Ephedra is still probably best (you can get it still online), but ECA stacks and Hot-Rox Extreme seem to work very well.

After all those reports about online companies not actually giving you waht you order I dont know how much I would trust them..unless of course you know of a trustworth place that will sell ephedra

I've never taken a fat burner pill in fear that my body will become dependent on it and once I go off of it, I will gain all the fat and more back that I lost while on the pill. Any truth to this?
