This is probably not included with Columbine, VT, etc. because it wasn't done by a student. That is horrible.

I can't decide if this is worse or not because it was done by an adult, not a student. All I can think of is how many other little terrible things he had probably been doing unreported his entire life.

Why would the action be made worse based on the age of the perpetrator?

It's not included because most reporters are like everyone else, history begins when they are born. If it happened in 1925, it might as well have happened on the far side of the moon.

Same thing with disasters happening in foreign countries. We get so focused on something like Katrina, yet compared to the Christmas Tsunami, it was barely a blip.

Pakistan earthquake in 05 another mass disaster forgotten as well
