what an evil [censored]
[ QUOTE ] Kehoe often fought with his stepmother. When Kehoe was fourteen, the family's stove exploded as she was attempting to light it. The oil fueling the stove soaked her, and the flames set her on fire. Andrew watched his stepmother burn for a few minutes before dumping a bucket of water on her. She later died from the injuries. agree or disagree with his last words:
After the bombings investigators found a wooden sign wired to the farm's fence with Kehoe's last message, "CRIMINALS ARE MADE, NOT BORN," written on it. |

[/ QUOTE ] Agree to some extent. I think each of us has our own breaking point and his seems to have been set rediculously low. Conversely there are probably some people who could live horribly mistreated and tortured and they still wouldn't retaliate the way he did. |

Disagree strongly.
Some people just suck. Having a ridiculously low breaking point is your problem, not the world's and is a pitiful excuse for someone's deranged behavior. Blaming the victims is no way to rationalize an individual's lunacy. |

I'm saying if a person encounters enough pain, adversity, torture, etc throughout their life, the accumulation of all this stress will cause them to break. I'm saying the amount of these things required to break the person varies greatly from individual to individual. I guess I believe that nobody is inherently evil, but they can certainly have a predisposition if they have a very low threshold for pain and suffering. |
