I used to do I-Banking so I feel your pain. My serious suggestion is to stay up a full 40 hours. Workout, stretch. Get some fresh air and open windows slightly. Then go to sleep 9.5 hours before you're desired regular wake time. This may require a sick day. It's worth it. When you wake GO OUTSIDE in SUN and stretch/workout/eat a light meal, get a shower. Keep the routine. If you cant get regular, you may have to resort to an oxygen bar and green tea every morning, in addition to stretching and working out OUTSIDE.
